Do you have a cantankerous critter?

What is a cantankerous critter and should you keep them in your flock or herd? Any animal that wants to fight your dog or consistently leaves the herd or flock to head for the far end of the field is a cantankerous critter.

Do you work, banish, or sell these critters? Well, it depends!

Keep in mind two major goals when working livestock. You must maintain your dog's:

• Safety
• Confidence
