Tug or flirt pole for cone work?

Second in my two set video series - tug vs flirt pole.

Tug or flirt pole? Today we will look at which tool is better for training cone circles. Both are usable, as well as other toys and treats. It all depends on you, your dog, and the training you are doing.

You may be wondering about the use of food for this training. I will address that in my next video on cone circle training. In this outdoor training it would be very difficult to use food as your dog would have trouble finding it amongst the grass and leaves.

In this video I compare a tug to a flirt pole for distraction training. What fun!
