     Webinar & live Q&A

Positive Herding 101 came out in the summer of 2021 and its companion book will soon be published. The first book covered how to start your dog herding using toys, treats, and cones but without livestock. Nothing fancy is required which means the training is fun, low cost, and simple, but not easy.

It's now time to take your dog to stock and get herding!

If you want to move on to herding livestock, you need the next step. And the next and the next. In the second book all of the training plans, troubleshooting, explanations, definitions, pictures, and selected videos are provided to help you and your dog have the information and support you need to be a successful herding team.

So how do you take those next steps? I'm glad you asked.

Presenting:

Although the second book is still in the pre-publication stage, I will be hosting a webinar about it on the Fenzi Dog Sports Academy on May 19th at 5 pm Central Time. The webinar will be a sneak peek into my unpublished advanced positive herding book.

A few of the areas I will cover include:

Videos of the stages of training the walk in.

Discussions about stockmanship, what it is, its importance, and how to learn it.

Trial obstacle completion & course diagrams.

The cost of the webinar is $19.99 for an hour of recorded content and a live Q&A afterward. NOTE: If you can’t attend live, you do need to register before the webinar runs since FDSA does not sell webinars after they have aired. If you sign up but miss the webinar, you can watch it later, as it will be waiting for you in your Webinar Library at FDSA.

To sign up, visit the Fenzi website here: https://www.fenzidogsportsacademy.com/index.php/self-study/webinars

I am looking forward to sharing some ground-breaking training with you. Positive herding is in its infancy and you will be on the cutting edge of its development.

Hope to see you on May 19th. Bring your positive attitude, inquiring mind, and best questions.
