Table of contents & Release dates

It's always something!

First, I want to thank you for your patience! Positive Herding 201 is giving me fits as I wrestle it to publication. Cyberspace seems to be throwing obstacles in my path at every turn.

Don't despair. The paperback is still on schedule to be released on Thursday October 13th! It may take a day or two for it to be available on Amazon and other retailers. I will send out an email when I see that it goes live. (If you see it is live before I do, please send me a quick email so I can spread the herd!)

That is the good news.

Now the not so good news. The ebook will not be ready for release until sometime next week. I will send out an email as soon as it is available. I don't like having these two editions come out at different times but I don't have control over when the ebook is ready. As you know, I don't pretend to be a computer wiz and I certainly wouldn't dip my toe into the formatting of the ebook.

BTW, the hardback color edition will be released ASAP, but not sure when exactly that will be. I will keep you posted.

This main table of contents page should give you a good idea of what is covered in the book. Of course, as in the first book, each section has an expanded table of contents that shows each sub-section of each chapter. The book contains tons of info!
