Recently I was invited to join the Talk Herdy to Me podcast with host Ellen Coop. We spent about an hour talking about my favorite topic - positive herding. Ellen had a few unusual questions and insights that led to an interesting discussion.

Every interview brings out a bit of new material on positive herding, my background, and my herding experience over the last 30 years. There are so many aspects to positive herding that even two books on positive herding, Positive Herding 101 and Positive Herding 201, can't cover everything.
