    Why not punish?

I have never used someone else's content before, but this video by Alex Hormozi illustrates why reinforcement is superior to punishment and clearly explains the operant conditioning quadrant by using a down and dirty explanation rather than a geeky one.

I know many people are confused by the OC quadrant and sometimes an alternative explanation makes things much clearer. Alex also covers why using reinforcement builds specific behavior while punishment may open the door to other unwanted behaviors.

I apologize for the swearing in the video but I felt Alex's explanation was valuable enough to overlook the few swear words he used. You can make your own decision.
